About the Service
Oshaberi Dungeon is a text adventure game played through AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The game is developed and operated by Oshaberi Games.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Oshaberi Dungeon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Usage Rules
When using Oshaberi Dungeon, you agree to:
- Provide a valid email address for authentication
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service
- Not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (please report them to us instead)
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
Service Availability
Oshaberi Dungeon is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oshaberi Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of game data or progress.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the game by saying "delete my account" to your AI companion. Upon deletion, all personal information (email address, authentication tokens) is permanently removed. Game data is anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
